Since 1995, we have provided public multi-use non-motorized recreational trails to residents and visitors of the Rangeley Lakes region in the remote western mountains of Maine.

Nestled at the base of Saddleback Mountain in Maine’s western mountains, our Trails Center has something for everyone. Spring, summer and fall, hikers and bikers enjoy the rolling terrain and scenic vistas. And in the winter months, with over 200 inches of annual snowfall, skiers, snowshoers and fat tire bikers savor our meticulously groomed trails. We are building a world-class multi-use trails system, but we cannot achieve our goals alone.

Find out how you can help.

First time visiting and I can honestly say this is the best Cross Country skiing I have ever had anywhere. Snow was absolutely perfect and the grooming was as well.... There are so many trails that you can just keep going without ever having to re-trace your tracks....This place is reason enough to come spend a weekend in/near Rangeley. Will definitely be back!
